National Chem-e Car 2012

Everyone(juniors n participants) is buzy preparing for chem-e car competition which will be held next month in my fac. That reminds me of the sweet memories participating the national level competition in Universiti Malaysia Sabah last year April.

Day 1: arrived and we were bored that night, rented van around KK.
Day 2- preparing chemicals ,at night rented a car for jalan-jalan again.
Day 3: competition day. :)))
Day 4: tour around Kundasang since our flight was that night.

Well, the sweetest memory was when our car stopped on the line. There were 34 competing teams. Well, we did not get into the top 3 but we were very close to winning! :( about the fifth position.. no regrets! that was the best it could have been!!

My part time job

Well, I'm not talking about tutoring. Its editing and translating job I have been doing for the past 1 year. In the beginning, it was quite fun and interesting considering the pocket money. thehee.. *thinks of shopping* well, I have been doing this for an international Phd student in my faculty, also a chemical engineer. It was weird how I came to know him. One night when I was still in fac getting ready for Chem-e Car national level competition in UMS. i was getting myself a drink when he suddenly called and asked if i could do his work. that is how i was killing time during the holidays (minus the tuitions) *continue editing work* bye!

Well, that was the open ended lab for last semester.. This semester I don't have kah huay with me.. :( So left erna, fatin and me. last year's theme was renewable energy. this year is green technology. What  to propose?  The thinking goes on..

My puzzled mind

It's the first week of sixth semester in engineering school. I was wrong in thinking i would be having fun, instead i am quite depressed and worried. Firstly, the subjects sounded scary and weird. IP task given as early as second day. phewwwww.. To add on, we are supposed to come up with own tittles. the tittles which were not selected before. If only u see the list which has been selected..!! A group which I would be glad to work with and there goes, a challenging semester before the killer fourth year begins. Many things in fact is worrying me, from the pressure from the lecturers to the bitter fact of being a chemical engineer and the life that follows. . a weekend to get myself energized.   So, there goes my journey, still trying to solve the puzzles in my head and I hope that time better be sooner.
